(1) The government of Nepal may raise the national debt by issuing one or more types of bonds at once or repeatedly in the amount deemed necessary for the proper utilization of government finances.

(2) The principal and interest payment period and interest rate of the bond to be issued according to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.

(3) Regarding the principal and interest payment period and interest rate of the bond The bank will give necessary opinions and suggestions to the Government of Nepal from time to time.

(4) The interest payment to be issued in relation to the bond shall be as prescribed.
